Key Responsibilities Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to our facilities Assist customers with various questions and problems, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry duties, to maintain a clean and safe environment Support special event set-up and operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building, providing prompt and effective support to ensure patron safety and well-being Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications, or the ability to obtain these certifications within the first 30 days of employment BBP Certification, or the ability to obtain this certification within the first 30 days of employment Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse community Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration Basic cleaning and maintenance skills, with the ability to perform tasks such as trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry duties Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in customer service, facilities management, or a related field Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures, with the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Basic first aid and CPR skills, with the ability to provide prompt and effective support in emergency situations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support special events and facilities operations Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse community Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration Basic cleaning and maintenance skills, with the ability to perform tasks such as trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry duties Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment, with a strong focus on safety protocols and emergency procedures Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
