Job Overview In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members, providing exceptional support and assistance with health plan information and premium details. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from health insurance members, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner Provide accurate and detailed information about health plan options, premium details, and program benefits Utilize intermediate computer skills to navigate our systems and databases, ensuring seamless support and resolution of customer inquiries Demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer relations skills, fostering positive relationships with our clients and promoting a culture of excellence Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as necessary, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive support Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction targets Essential Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience in a face-to-face, call center, retail, fast food, or other customer-facing environment Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Strong attention to detail and customer relations skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Must be a resident of Florida, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work Availability to work a fixed schedule, Monday through Friday, 11am-7pm EST Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on health insurance or related fields Knowledge of state-funded health insurance programs, such as FL Healthy Kids, and their associated benefits and requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
