About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our remote team. As a key member of our Conversion Improvement team, you'll play a vital role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our top clients. Your exceptional customer service skills, quick thinking, and ability to empathize with consumers will be essential in providing thoughtful, articulate, and appropriate guidance specific to each conversation. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room in less than 30 seconds, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses. Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry standards. Escalate conversations to leadership when needed, ensuring seamless resolution and exceptional customer experience. Document frequently asked questions to drive continual improvement and add relevancy to canned responses. Maintain a high level of accuracy (98%+) in response handling, with a focus on quality and attention to detail. Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, demonstrating efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of the team. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a strong understanding of chat-based interactions. Proven ability to write responses to consumers in real-time, with excellent grammatical, spelling, and logic skills. Familiarity with verticals such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans. Professionalism in all interactions, with a high standard of excellence and attention to detail. Comfortability on a computer, with advanced typing skills and reliable internet/WiFi connectivity. Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Reliability and responsibility, with a strong commitment to designated schedules and deadlines. Education and Preferred Qualifications A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with a College Degree being a plus.
