Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized needs and provide tailored solutions Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment Manage the production queue and output, ensuring timely and efficient completion of customer orders Coordinate activities in the Store, including managing complex projects, retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience Participate in the training and development of new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a high level of customer service Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, as well as a minimum of 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. You will also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
