About the Role The Executive Customer Relations Analyst position is a critical component of our Global Customer Research & Solutions (GCRS) organization, reporting to the Manager, Executive Consumer Relations. As an Executive Analyst, you will be responsible for promptly and accurately responding to executive, legal, and regulatory agency correspondence and hotline inquiries within aggressive and strict timeframes. Your expertise in researching and resolving complex issues, leveraging relationships across multiple areas of the business, will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Prompt and accurate response to Executive level escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction Effectively research and resolve complex Card Member issues by leveraging relationships across multiple areas of the business, including Marketing, Credit, Disputes, and product benefits Manage multiple relationships across various executive offices, fostering strong partnerships and collaboration Research consumer concerns through arenaflex applications and tools, identifying and resolving systematic and procedural breakdowns within the customer journey Package findings through executive case studies and visually via presentations, presenting customer friction points to executives and service partners Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, identifying business opportunities and demonstrating customer and brand advocacy Build a strong network across regions to enhance service delivery, driving continuous improvement and growth Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong experience in customer relations and executive escalations, with a proven track record in compliance and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills, with the ability to evaluate risks and generate creative solutions A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or related disciplines Experience in customer service or executive relations, with proven experience in analyzing customer inquiries and resolving issues Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards, with the ability to demonstrate customer and brand advocacy Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues Proficient in using arenaflex applications and tools, with strong presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint Ability to embrace customer advocacy and brand advocacy, with a capacity to foster a customer-first culture and growth mindset Experience in managing multiple relationships across various executive offices, with a strong network across regions Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to personal and professional growth, offering various training and development opportunities to help employees advance their careers.
