Availability and Requirements We are looking for candidates who can commit to: Full-time positions, with open availability preferred, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. A quiet workspace where you can focus without interruptions or distractions, ensuring you can provide the best possible service to our customers. 100% attendance during the 2-week training period, with cameras on and active participation, as this is crucial to your success in the role. A high level of schedule adherence, with minimal unscheduled breaks, and the ability to manage your time effectively to meet our expectations. Qualifications and Physical Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have: 6 months to 3 years of contact center experience within the last 2 years, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and time management. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with Salesforce experience being a plus, as you will be working with various software and systems. Experience working remotely, with the ability to self-motivate and stay focused in a home-based environment. The physical ability to see, talk, and hear, as well as sit and/or stand for prolonged periods, ensuring you can perform all duties of the job comfortably. Technology Requirements To ensure you have the necessary tools to succeed in this role, you will need: A fast and reliable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 25 MBPS, and an Ethernet hookup strongly preferred.
