Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced customer service, call center, virtual support reps, and administrative professionals who are interested in customer satisfaction and administrative work from the comfort of their own homes. As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home, choose your own hours, and enjoy a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle. We offer a competitive starting pay of $10/hour, plus bonuses and incentives that can increase your earnings to $30,000-60,000+ per year, based on performance, hours worked, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats, using your home computer and internet connection. Guide and help others find answers to their customer-related support questions and issues. Work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to choose your own hours, as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Participate in training and certification programs, with a variety of times available during the day and evening to fit your schedule. Utilize your home office setting, with a computer, internet connection, and headset, to provide high-quality customer support. Essential Qualifications 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with call center or phone support experience preferred. High level of professionalism and phone etiquette, with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills. Ability to work overtime and/or weekends, if necessary, and willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments. Must have a home office setting, with a computer, internet connection, and headset, and be willing to invest in the necessary equipment to provide high-quality customer support. Technical Requirements CPU i5 (or equivalent), with i7 recommended, and no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors. Internet download speed of 5Mbs down speed minimum, and internet upload speed of 3Mbs up speed minimum. Network latency of 250 MS latency max, and OS Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit). RAM of 4GB minimum, with 8GB recommended, and a home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer. Must have a desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes, and Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable.
