Job Overview As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be the first line of contact for our clients who require technical assistance with our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, resolving product or service issues, and ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support. Key Responsibilities Provide highly customer-focused support, ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective solutions to their technical issues Answer inbound calls and live remote support chat sessions, resolving product or service problems, and escalating issues when necessary Maximize phone availability to minimize hold times and ensure that clients experience exceptional service Assist customers with empathy, patience, and composure under pressure, logging all relevant details regarding client interactions using our ticketing system Work on special projects as assigned by management, keeping up-to-date on all products and services offered to clients Collaborate with internal departments, communicating and coordinating to resolve client issues efficiently and maintain a high level of customer service Answer queries initiated through the company website, routing requests through proper channels to assist in generating sales Work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime when necessary, to ensure that our clients receive exceptional support Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support A+ Certification Ability to perform effectively under stress in a high call volume environment Front-line interaction via live chat and telephones Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues Ability to work in different shifts (40 hours a week) Demonstrate passion and perseverance for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills to promptly resolve client issues Ability to speak and communicate ideas clearly Ability to type 40 wpm Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the retail industry Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and retail technology solutions Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management software Certifications in customer service or technical support, such as CompTIA or HDI Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
