Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier experiences to our clients when they need it most. Your primary responsibility will be to empathetically assist clients in navigating various post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order updates. You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with clients who reach out to us through inbound calls, chats, and emails. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, approximately 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment. Meet our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client support efficiency metrics, and other duties as assigned. Professionally engage clients, listening effectively, and showing empathy to understand their concerns and leverage internal resources to find the best solution. De-escalate client concerns by utilizing peace promotion skills to align the needs of the client with the options from the business while staying within guidelines. Issue tackle: Provide solutions that are not a one-size-fits-all approach, thinking logically to resolve client issues in a first contact resolution approach. Be educated and perform multiple tasks, navigating different programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer questions. Raise foundational issues: Identify areas where improvement is needed for arenaflex clients and offer any trends with leadership. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. You must be able to read, write, and comprehend Spanish and English. An understanding of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent is also required. arenaflex needs to ensure your success, and our training is 100% required.
