About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer onboarding and migration experiences. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure seamless project implementation and drive partnership success. This is a remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with our global team. Key Responsibilities Own the customer onboarding and migration experience, ensuring timely and successful project delivery Focus on customer needs and implement regional and global projects, utilizing arenaflex project documents and following established processes Conduct project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams, documenting risks, actions, and follow-up items Design work breakdown structures and resource plans, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities internally and externally Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring scope and approach alignment with all stakeholders Create a positive and collaborative environment, driving partnership and project success Manage project performance, ensuring clear communication of status, milestones, changes, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies Oversee E2E testing, ensuring successful completion and high-quality results Determine project call structure and manage Stakeholder calls, attending and contributing to team calls as needed What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates with experience in the travel industry, a passion for working directly with customers, and strong relationship-building skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment, managing multiple geographies, functions, and time zones. A positive, "can-do" attitude, ability to motivate project teams, and manage under pressure are essential. Essential Qualifications Travel industry experience Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills Understanding of corporate travel and arenaflex solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment Positive, "can-do" attitude and ability to motivate project teams Business English proficiency (multi-lingual capability advantageous) Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills Strong organizational skills, including multitasking, advance planning, and time management Preferred Qualifications Experience collaborating across multiple functional groups and with operational SMEs Ability to inspire change and adapt to changing priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Flexibility and ability to work in a remote environment Experience with project management tools and methodologies Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers. Compensation and Benefits The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000, depending on factors such as the scope and complexity of the role, relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, Sales Incentive Plans, and Equity Incentive Plan. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare insurance plans, retirement programs, parental leave, adoption assistance, and more.
