Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Minimum of 3 years prior experience using arenaflex software, with navigational awareness and critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. At least 2 years of tax preparation experience, with a strong understanding of tax principles and practices. Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Strong customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor to ensure that customers feel valued and supported.
