About the Role We are seeking an energetic, upbeat, and professional Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support to our customers. Track orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries. Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities, presenting our products and services in a professional and engaging manner. Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, within company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty. Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Dedicated office/space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset. Ability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons. At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of self-motivation and discipline. At least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media. Experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills. Ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with bi-lingual skills being a plus. High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a customer-first mindset and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a strong understanding of how to analyze and improve performance. Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally, with excellent attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues.
