Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing Processing new and/or amended enrollments Ensuring that customers enjoy authentic experiences Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Working from home and utilizing technology to manage customer interactions Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience An active Personal Lines resident license A high school diploma or GED Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies A passion for helping others A patient and empathetic nature Ability to pass a background check Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred qualifications include: Bilingual Spanish language skills Previous experience in the insurance industry Knowledge of insurance products and services Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
