About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phones, letters, and emails. Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills. Document customer and store information into our call tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Promote a positive company image to support customer service objectives and mission statement. Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintain assigned reports. Update customer addresses for our Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed. Make sound judgment calls that align with our brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills. A flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution. Strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. PC knowledge and typing skills. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable internet access at home and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Residence in one of the following states: Wyoming, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Texas, North Dakota, or Arkansas. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
