Key Responsibilities Model and convey a unique and great client experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service. Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with courteous and efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions. Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience. Maintain a clean and well-promoted store environment, take inventory, and keep records up to date. Perform tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy. Report any prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment. Previous work experience with blithequark. Good numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions. Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control. PTCB certification.
