At blithequark, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we're dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success. **Job Role** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve issues * Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns **Schedule** Our flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance: * Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous call center experience (at least one year) * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high call volumes and customer interactions * The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills to maintain our customer database (Service Titan) **Remote Work Requirements** To ensure your success in a remote work environment, you will need: * A high-speed internet connection * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise * A laptop and cell phone provided by blithequark **Benefits and Culture** At blithequark, we believe in taking care of our employees and their families.
