Job Purpose and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Finance Team in Pune, India. As a Settlement and Reconciliation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supervising and handling credit card settlement, serving as a liaison between our Global Business Services (GBS) and third-party support providers. Your key responsibilities will include: Relationship management for the Credit Card Helpdesk and all 3rd party credit card support providers, field operations, jobbers or other retail sites, and arenaflex Credit Card Operations Timely communication and resolution for daily and partner concern requests Recording SAP financial adjustments impacting sites Investigating manual claim inquiries related to settlement and implementing processes with vendors for resolution Working closely with the Lead Billing Specialist for all reconciliation issues related to credit card customer offer initiatives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications Two years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) account management environment, working with financial entries, debits/credits, and reconciliations 1-2 years of SAP experience Validated abilities to handle a high volume of service requests daily using Seibel or CRM tracking tools Accurate data entry and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a global energy business or a similar industry Knowledge of credit card settlement and reconciliation processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Agility core practices Analytical thinking Business process improvement Commercial acumen Communication Conflict management Creativity and innovation Customer-centric thinking Customer enquiries Customer experience Customer value proposition Digital fluency Resilience Sustainability awareness and action Understanding emotions Workload prioritization Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
