Key Responsibilities Receive, investigate, and respond to member inquiries, resolving problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Answer and track telephone calls within established department standards, ensuring concise and factual documentation Develop a comprehensive understanding of our lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and procedures for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP) Respond to "entry-level" claims inquiries, take "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies, and process enrollment and disenrollment procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, interacting professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers Work effectively as a team contributor, communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations Customer Service Excellence As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be accountable for driving our culture through values and customer service standards.
