Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional telephone assistance to our members and providers. Your role will be critical in ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is met with empathy, understanding, and a commitment to resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. Key aspects of this role include: Must live within 50 miles of Princeton, NJ, to ensure accessibility for occasional in-office meetings and training. A comprehensive training schedule for the first six weeks, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position. A standard production schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth and flexibility as you become more accustomed to your role. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Answering inbound calls from members and providers, addressing a wide range of inquiries such as eligibility, benefits, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Providing accurate and timely information, ensuring that every caller receives an exceptional experience, characterized by empathy, clarity, and resolution. Maintaining high-speed internet connectivity via an ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted, to ensure secure and uninterrupted service. Utilizing equipment and training provided by arenaflex to perform your duties effectively and efficiently. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must: Be able to commute to our Princeton, NJ office when required, such as in cases of prolonged technical issues that prevent work from home. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members and providers. Demonstrate the ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, showcasing your reliability and commitment to excellence. Be self-sufficient and capable of working from home, with a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's security and technical requirements. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working remotely in a call center environment, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a home-based setting. Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare, providing a foundational understanding of the health care landscape and the needs of our members and providers. Education A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required for this position, laying the groundwork for your professional development and growth within arenaflex. Pay Range and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 to $34.15 per hour, reflecting our commitment to compensating our team members fairly for their contributions.
