Proactively identify and assess customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and upselling additional products or services to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with new developments and offerings to address customer queries effectively. Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved, maintaining relationships for future engagements and promoting customer loyalty. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the department and the company. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs, and provide personalized support and solutions. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle diverse customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions, while maintaining composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer orders and information, with a focus on ensuring error-free and efficient transactions. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business requirements, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
