As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional support to our customers. **What You'll Do:** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting real-time, hands-on investigations to locate customer orders and resolve delivery issues * Contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays * Acting as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required * Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner **Your Hours:** This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You'll work day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and your work schedule will be at least 6 weeks in advance.
