Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Provide customized communication based on client preferences and individualized needs Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a personalized and supportive experience Utilize client care limit structure to make financial decisions and resolve client issues Instruct and assist clients on various components of benefit plan data and available services Identify client needs beyond the initial request, responding to unasked questions and providing additional support as needed Takes responsibility for client contact, resolving issues and connecting them with additional services as appropriate Settle issues without or with limited service intervention Provide education to clients to help them manage their health and wellness Answer rapidly to address client issues and resolve problems while avoiding over-committing Process claim references, new case hand-offs, and escalate issues as appropriate through the system for complaints and requests Initiate out-reach/welcome calls to ensure constituent expectations are met or surpassed Recognize patterns and emerging client care issues, attempting to develop solutions to address potential problems and plan features of interest Partner with different departments to deliver client-specific presentations Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a top-notch client experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree Client care experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in a private industry, with a focus on customer service and client support Knowledge of benefit plan data and available services Experience with client care limit structure and financial decision-making Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns and emerging client care issues Experience with process improvement and quality assurance Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
