Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions to ensure our members better understand their coverage and options. Offer solutions and support to improve our members' healthcare experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on their lives. Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our members, providing patient, supportive, and empathetic interactions that demonstrate a genuine concern for improving their quality of life. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve member inquiries and concerns, ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients in a customer-facing environment (e.g., call center, retail, customer support, hospitality industry, military experience).
