Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team and lead a group of specialists in providing top-notch support to our customers. As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-16 specialists, supervising their daily activities, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and training to provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 8-16 customer service specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet customer needs and performance goals Supervise specialists as they respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution Provide coaching and counseling to help specialists improve their performance and meet customer expectations Conduct regular side-by-side observations and quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality customer interactions Monitor ticket queue efficiencies to ensure timely outreach to customers and follow-up when necessary Analyze trends based on historical data to identify performance gaps and implement strategies to close them Support team members' professional growth through regular feedback and development conversations Collaborate with Human Resources and Senior Leadership to address and resolve employee issues Effectively interview and recommend candidates for hire, ensuring that new team members align with arenaflex's values and customer service standards Respond to escalated customer support inquiries, requests, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner, working to achieve a positive resolution Essential Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to close performance gaps and improve team efficiency Ability to navigate multiple software packages and technologies simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and team members Proven ability to provide timely and relevant feedback in a fast-paced and complex environment Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Communication skills : The ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing Problem-solving skills : The ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective fixes Leadership skills : The ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed Time management skills : The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Adaptability : The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and technologies, with a willingness to learn and grow Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
