About the Technology Sourcing Team The Technology Sourcing team plays a vital role in optimizing technology investments and driving the centralization of software spend across the organization. As a Technology Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing existing and new vendor relationships, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for sourcing deals, and ensuring the company reaps optimal value from its technology investments. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of tech sourcing and contributing to product and service roadmaps. Key Responsibilities Establish strong communication and collaboration across multiple internal and external customers to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for sourcing deals Become a trusted partner across teams and drive effective communication to ensure the best terms for the company Develop and maintain product knowledge on software relevant to both Studio and Corporate stakeholders Support project management and contract execution for sourcing negotiations, ensuring alignment with procurement practices, including supplier identification, request for proposal (RFP) development, and supplier evaluation Execute on the vision for the future state of tech sourcing and contribute to product and service roadmaps in pursuit of those goals Foster highly-aligned cross-functional partnerships with partner support teams across Infosec, Finance, and Legal Solicit product and service proposals and conduct deal negotiations on behalf of customers Support team processes, including contract management and data analysis needs Maintain accurate contracting data, vendor records, and transaction information Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: At least 3 years of experience contributing to a technology sourcing and procurement team (preferably within a multinational context) A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar relevant field Excellent vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and challenge the status quo World-class negotiating skills, with a customer-first focus Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Comfort working in self-directed and ambiguous environments, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Media and Entertainment experience, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities Experience working with global teams and managing international vendor relationships Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field Certifications in procurement or supply chain management, such as CPSM or CSCP Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive effective outcomes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
