Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Telecom Facilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with all departments of Telecom Services to provide oversight, guidance, and support. Your key responsibilities will include: Communicating effectively to identify, evaluate, and prioritize cast needs and requirements, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service Ensuring departments within Telecom comply with daily processes for ordering supplies, maintaining efficient inventory management, and minimizing waste Researching, validating, and approving access to Telecom facilities, warehouse, and technical areas, guaranteeing the security and integrity of our operations Scheduling and managing maintenance activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions Auditing and maintaining our vehicle fleet of 90+ vehicles, overseeing the use and security of all Telecom vehicles, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Authoring and distributing the Weekly On-Call Duty Report, keeping stakeholders informed and up-to-date on critical information Updating and distributing Telecom's Annual Hurricane Preparedness Plan, ensuring our team is prepared and equipped to respond to emergencies and minimize disruptions Liaising with vendors, such as Cintas, to coordinate uniform and costuming activities, maintaining our professional image and brand standards Coordinating and planning quarterly cast celebration events, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and recognizing team achievements and milestones Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed on campus, ensuring our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and functional Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: 4+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support Demonstrated problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities Ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute to a flexible team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication Proficiency with MS Office Suite programs, such as MS Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong telephone etiquette Attentive to details, with proven organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines Responsible and independent, with a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be highly desirable: Previous experience with building management and maintenance, with a strong understanding of facilities operations, and the ability to coordinate maintenance activities and repairs Knowledge of Disney vehicle Fleet Management processes, with experience in managing and maintaining a large vehicle fleet Experience with Disney access control, with a strong understanding of security protocols, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a Telecom Facilities Coordinator, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: Professional development and training programs, designed to enhance your skills and knowledge, and support your career advancement Mentorship and coaching, with experienced professionals, who can provide guidance, support, and valuable insights Opportunities to work on diverse projects, and contribute to the development of new initiatives, and innovative solutions A collaborative and inclusive work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and mutual respect Work Environment and Company Culture Our company culture is built on a foundation of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork.
