Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Aetna Medicaid members and providers via telephone. You will assist with a variety of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every caller has a positive experience Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) Participating in comprehensive training programs to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role Working from home and demonstrating self-sufficiency and discipline in a remote work environment Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Must live within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD High School Diploma or Equivalent required Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working remotely in a call center setting Experience with Medicaid and Medicare What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the well-being and career growth of our employees.
