Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. This role will be the backbone of our client interactions, working closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to address all client needs accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, adhering to the highest standards of data privacy and security. Read and understand explanations of benefits or correspondence, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of information. Document all activities related to claims, maintaining detailed and accurate records. Communicate effectively via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients, providing clear and concise information and resolving queries in a professional manner. Utilize various tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and obtain better billing information, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and systems. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Previous medical and/or call center experience, although not essential, is highly desirable and will be considered an asset. A dedicated work-from-home space, allowing you to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting. The ability to manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing activities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Technical Requirements To ensure seamless connectivity and performance, you will need: An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, enabling efficient data transfer and communication. A reliable internet connection, excluding satellite internet, to maintain consistent connectivity. Pay Range and Schedule The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and recognition of your skills and experience. The schedule for this role is Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST, providing a structured and predictable work environment.
