We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, who will act as the primary point of contact for our customers and be responsible for all account management, selling activities, sales goal achievement, increasing brand awareness, and handling customer transactions. Job Overview The Customer Service Representative at blithequark is a hybrid role that requires the individual to work from the office at a minimum of 2 times a week. This role is responsible for basic, moderate, and complex functions of Order Management with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving their own customers, aiding and supporting other customers, and collaborating with members of their team to achieve sales goals and customer service metrics. Key Responsibilities Selling and Customer Support Activities: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Achievement of Sales goals and Customer Service metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, achieve customer satisfaction goals, and contribute to the team's achievement of service metrics and all Customer Service goals. Account Management: Manage all calls, emails, or chat requests for information and resolution of issues or sales inputs within the defined SLA, and maintain positive relationships with customers and consultants. Order Management: Configure components to identify or clarify basic to complex customer solutions, complete outbound calls to new/existing customer base, and advise and recommend product options, add-ons, and solutions best suited for customers and their end users. Customer Service Activities: Provide price and availability information, submit, track, and escalate quotes/orders from customers, resolve and/or route credit-related issues, and effectively investigate/escalate and resolve customer complaints and issues. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year's previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry. Experienced Customer Service professional with effective telephone, chat, email techniques, and customer care skills. Proficient in verbal and written communication, including spelling, grammar, and proper use of the English language. Technical Skills Personal computing or keyboarding/data entry skills. Moderate knowledge of Excel, required. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, required. Strong organizational skills, required. Basic sales and negotiation skills, required.
