Job Summary In this role, you will take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout your shift, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues. You will be responsible for managing calls, providing solutions, and promoting blithequark products. Key Responsibilities Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout your shift Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues Promote blithequark products and services to new and existing customers Manage customer billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales targets Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays Smartphone or device with active data network connection Fluent in English and Spanish Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal to no distractions Ability to work from home with a dedicated home office workspace and stable internet connection Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in technical support or customer service Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies Customer Service: ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Dependability: ability to work independently and meet performance metrics Resilience: ability to handle difficult customer interactions and maintain a positive attitude Problem Solving: ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Continuous Development: ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and processes Multitasking: ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Integrity: ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
