Essential Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support, with a focus on financial services or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational habits, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A calm, professional demeanor, with the ability to remain composed under pressure and provide empathetic support to clients in sensitive or stressful situations.
