Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will serve as an essential information resource for our customers, providing expert guidance on billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products and services to ensure our customers get the most value and enjoyment from their blithequark experience. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting Promote blithequark products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring they maximize their experience Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our state-of-the-art customer relationship management system Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies, ensuring you can provide informed and effective support to our customers Work Schedule and Requirements Work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements Availability to work between 6 AM to 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays, with at least 2 days off in a row 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with potential schedule changes every 12-15 weeks based on business needs Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout your shift Engage with a diverse consumer base, providing solutions for customer needs and technical issues What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits, including: A competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with a 10% increase upon completing our apprenticeship program Full-time, work-from-home position with company-provided equipment Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, as well as PTO and Paid Sick Time 401(k) Investments with company-matched funds and tuition reimbursement Discounted blithequark services and opportunities for career growth and advancement Technical Requirements To ensure you can perform your role effectively, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: A stable Cable, DSL, or Fiber ISP internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed A dedicated home office workspace with a wired ethernet connection Company-provided equipment, including a PC Tower, monitors, and associated cabling Required accessories, such as a USB Headset, USB Keyboard, USB Mouse, and USB Webcam Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training An openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal to no distractions Ability to be on camera during all video meetings Superb attendance and open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and software applications Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Tech savviness, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing exceptional customer service Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
