We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Customer Service professional to join our team, working remotely from the USA. As a key member of our AOG Logistics team, you will play a vital role in resolving aircraft on ground and critical part demand issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with our clients. About the Role The Senior Analyst, Customer Service position is a remote role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and analytical abilities. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and resolving inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand issues for our global customers. You will work closely with internal organizations to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, achieving key performance indicators and maintaining best-in-class performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve inbound AOG and critical part demand issues for global customers, utilizing CRM and ERP systems to track and monitor customer issues from initiation to closure. Follow up with customers on all issues and cases, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring timely resolution of concerns. Collaborate with internal organizations to provide required information and support for resolving customer issues, applying knowledge and experience from previous roles to drive results. Achieve all key performance indicators, striving for best-in-class performance and contributing to the success of the AOG Logistics team. Participate in small projects as directed and guided by management and senior colleagues, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to drive project outcomes. Travel up to 10% of the time, as required, to support business needs and customer relationships. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will typically require a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field. In the absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience will be considered. You must also have: 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience analyzing and troubleshooting challenging and uncommon scenarios, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-pressure situations without supervision, demonstrating resilience and composure under pressure. Aerospace industry experience, with knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and logistics. SAP experience, with proficiency in utilizing ERP systems to manage customer issues and track performance metrics.
