Key Responsibilities Answer and address a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining performance metrics, quality standards, and HIPAA compliance Document call outcomes in our customer relationship management tool, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and that we deliver on our promises Mentor and support new employees, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed in their roles Participate in special projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, analyzing and solving internal and external customer issues Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrated ability to multi-task, navigating systems on dual monitors and typing while on a call Global geographical and cultural awareness, with a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of international customers Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders Enjoy working with people, with a strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service Self-motivated, with a proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong stress management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-volume call center environment Preferred Skills Personality characteristics like patience and tact, with a strong ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, and/or French Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
