The role: We are seeking a .NET Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for architecting robust solutions , ensuring best practices, and guiding development teams in implementing high-quality, maintainable code. What You’ll Do: Architectural Design & System Development: • Design and develop scalable, high-performance architectures for enterprise applications. • Define and implement best practices in system design, security, and scalability. • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business needs. • Provide architectural guidance on cloud-based and on-premises solutions. • Conduct performance optimization and code reviews to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. Technical Leadership & Best Practices: • Lead technical discussions and make critical architectural decisions. • Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, microservices architecture , and domain-driven design (DDD). • Develop proof-of-concepts to evaluate new technologies and frameworks. • Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment strategies. • Guide development teams in adopting modern .NET Core, C#, and cloud technologies What You’ll Bring: • 8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on architecture. • Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and Web API development. • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). • Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven design, and serverless computing. • Expertise in database design with Relational and NoSQL Databases. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus). • Strong understanding of security best practices, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect). • Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and load balancing techniques. • Healthcare experience is a plus • Experience working in agile/scrum methodology • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask, manage time, and communicate effectively Benefits & Perks: Remote work environment with a flexible work schedule to encourage work-life balance ✈Annual company offsite Generous leave package including flexible time off policy that encourages team members to take time off to relax and recharge; plus 13 paid holidays, paid sick leave, and paid parental leave Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, plus a company funded FSA & HSA (dependent on which medical plan you choose) 401(k) company match One-time workspace reimbursement to help you optimize your remote workspace DoseSpot is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
