Job Summary and Qualifications As a PRN Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in our patients' care teams, providing direct care and support to individuals in need. Under the supervision of a professional nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to and from activities and meals. You will also be responsible for documenting the delivery of quality care in the patient's clinical record and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
