About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician with Key Autism Services, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. You will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized treatment plans, collect data, and conduct discrete trials. Your goal will be to help children develop new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their homes Implement personalized treatment plans, as directed by a BCBA Collect data on child behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support plans Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support Maintain accurate records and reports, as required Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting 1-year experience with ABA/RBT, or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques Experience with data collection and analysis Ability to speak multiple languages What We Offer At Key Autism Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
