About the Role As a Customer Service Phone Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and SMS. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, identifying and resolving customer needs, and providing information about our products and services. You'll also make outbound appointment setting calls and maintain accurate database records. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent service as the first point of contact to our customers Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information with amazing customer service Make outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries Maintain accurate and useful database records Manage and Monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the same amazing customer service as taking calls Perform basic account maintenance activities Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type 40 words per minute or more. You'll also need to be comfortable working on a computer for extended hours and have excellent active listening skills. Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required.
