Job Overview The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer care and create sustainable value for our customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence. As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, providing billing explanations, offering cost savings advice, and explaining company policies, procedures, and terms and conditions. This is a direct hire opportunity, and we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.
