Job Summary As a bilingual remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a vital connection for our patients, providing them with detailed solutions and answers to their inquiries. You will be responsible for assisting patients with physical injuries from trauma, directing callers to the appropriate contacts, and supporting our office staff with outbound communication. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, will enable you to effectively manage the needs of our patients and internal staff, ensuring seamless processes and exemplary customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide the highest level of service to all patients, internal and external customers, exemplifying our core competencies of cultural, clinical, and operational excellence. Assist patients with physical injuries from trauma, offering detailed solutions and answers to their inquiries. Effectively manage the needs of callers by directing them to the appropriate contacts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their concerns. Support arenaflex office staff with outbound communication, conducting calls to patients as needed to ensure seamless processes and exceptional customer service. Work closely with internal staff to ensure smooth processes, collaborating with team members to achieve our mission of delivering exceptional patient support. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work under pressure, accepting change and diversity within the workplace with a positive and adaptable attitude.
