Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing a variety of data entry tasks, including but not limited to: * Entering patient data into our electronic health record system * Processing prescriptions and medication orders * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and medication therapy * Conducting data analysis and reporting to support pharmacy operations and decision-making * Collaborating with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless and efficient data entry processes **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional data entry services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our pharmacy operations * Enter patient data into our electronic health record system, including demographic information, medical history, and medication lists * Process prescriptions and medication orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and medication therapy, including medication adherence and side effect monitoring * Conduct data analysis and reporting to support pharmacy operations and decision-making, including identifying trends and areas for improvement * Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless and efficient data entry processes, including resolving issues and implementing process improvements * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry developments and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field * Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within our region * Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of pertinent state and government controlled substance regulations * Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders * Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other pharmacy software applications * Experience with data analysis and reporting, including identifying trends and areas for improvement **Skills and
