Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Influence : Supporting the development of strategic business cases for customer experience initiatives, influencing partners and senior executives, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making. Analytics : Leveraging data to initiate key workstreams, prioritize projects, develop customer-centric roadmaps, and make insightful recommendations to improve the customer experience. You will work closely with analytics experts and data scientists to link the right data assets to the proper analytical techniques and measure the success of initiatives. Customer Experience Storyteller : Proposing points of view on potential business impacts through the discovery and translation of insights, supporting customer experience, product, pricing, forecasting, planning, and marketing decisions. You will be able to quickly and concisely translate data into actionable strategies and plans. Project Management : Supporting and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to gather business analysis requirements on multiple high-priority projects, developing project plans that articulate value, setting milestones, and connecting with partners to move projects forward. You will proactively communicate progress and changes to stakeholders. Financial : Supporting the development of key inputs for long-term and annual operating plans that support key customer experience initiatives. Industry Knowledge : Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, and customer dynamics through working with internal teams and external partners. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-3 years of experience in strategy, business, or analytical-related roles Demonstrated proficiency with Tableau and other data visualization tools Solution-oriented, creative problem-solving skills with high intellectual curiosity Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and proactively communicate status to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated competency in data collection, design, data analysis, data quality control, and database file management Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and craft concise recommendations Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions Proactive thinker with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment Independently manage workload, providing updates on deliverables and value of work Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Experience working on an analytics team Knowledge of arenaflex data and business processes Education A Bachelor's degree in Business or Analytics-related field is required.
