Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) developer to join our team. As an IAM developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You'll work with world-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within IIQ. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within IIQ Install, manage, and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment Implement SailPoint with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements Utilize WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a strong exposure to identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You should have experience with trade deployment/release management and be proficient in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server. A strong mindset and a passion for innovation are essential for this role.
