As a full-time member of our staff, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing claims, and providing production services such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning. Key Responsibilities Process all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our clients, ensuring that all information is digitalized and accurate. Focus on inputting all details of the claim with high accuracy, adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws. Provide production services such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning, receiving documents via mainframe or web-based applications. Quickly adapt to business rule changes and provide support to other business operations during heavy workloads or absences. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and software are used efficiently and effectively. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications: Data entry experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of confidentiality requirements and laws. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), with the ability to lift 40 lbs. consistently, sometimes overhead. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and screens with ease. Must be at least 18 years of age or older, with the ability to clear a criminal background check and be eligible to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and digitalization. Experience working with mainframe or web-based applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
