Job Summary In this critical role, you will utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy. As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes, and supporting ad hoc projects generated by our sales channels. Your exceptional data entry skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet critical monthly performance standards will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Enter pre and post-sales information into multiple systems with high accuracy and efficiency Fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy in a timely manner Initiate new service order requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless installation processes Support and lead ad hoc projects generated by our sales channels, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Prepare reports as requested, draft routine client and customer correspondence, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Act as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers, providing order activity updates and resolving issues promptly Complete special operational and client projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of education, experience, and skills to the table.
