Experienced Remote Temporary Customer Service Representative – Holiday Season Opportunity with Flexible Scheduling and Competitive Pay

About the Role As a Remote Temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the friendly voice that our customers hear when they place their orders. Your role will involve answering continuous inbound phone calls, taking and entering customer orders into the system, and escalating any additional customer service needs. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone. Key Responsibilities: Answering inbound phone calls and providing exceptional customer service Taking and entering customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently Escalating any additional customer service needs to ensure customer satisfaction Working independently in a home office environment with minimal supervision Meeting the required 30+ hours of weekly availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a competitive pay package starting at $14.00 per hour plus upsell commission. You will also receive a shift premium of $0.50 per hour for hours worked after 4:30 PM. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose your own days and hours between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to meet the required 30+ hours of weekly availability. Additionally, you will have time off on Thanksgiving and the following Friday.
