Key Responsibilities The Experienced Remote Data Entry Operator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including: Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness Purging files and lifting 10-15 lbs periodically, as required, to maintain a organized and clutter-free workspace Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies using standard procedures, and returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution Entering customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures, and staying up-to-date with any changes or updates Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data, combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete, and purging files to eliminate duplication of data Testing customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data, reviewing output, and providing feedback to the team Securing information by completing data base backups, and ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer and account data Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential, and adhering to arenaflex's code of conduct and ethics Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent typing skills, with a high degree of accuracy and speed Proficient data entry skills, with experience using keyboard or optical scanner Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely and effective manner Independence, and ability to work with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals and objectives, and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality results Energy level, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a strong ability to self-manage and stay motivated Knowledge of data entry software and systems, with experience using technology to drive efficiency and productivity Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose Continuous learning, and a commitment to ongoing professional development, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical skills, with experience using data entry software and systems Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely and effective manner Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Independence, and ability to work with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the ongoing development and growth of our employees.
