Key Responsibilities Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, applying data program techniques and procedures as necessary. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output to ensure data quality and integrity. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, applying problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to maintain data security and organization. Apply administrative duties and familiarity with MS Office and data programs to support data management operations. Essential Qualifications Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency. Experience with MS Office and data programs, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems. Familiarity with administrative duties and excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision. Good typing speed and ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and data entry principles.
