Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include responding to a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Analyze payment history and notes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Communicate statuses to customers and provide updates on their accounts Work with leading technologies and systems to manage customer accounts and resolve issues Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success and meet goals Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a strong multitasker, and have a drive to solve problems and meet goals. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. As a remote worker, you will need to have excellent internet connectivity, a productive and quiet workspace, and a smartphone to download our company app for communication.
