Key Responsibilities Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses, demonstrating organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Sort and organize data, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and effective way. Verify information provided to our clients by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-check information, ensuring data accuracy and validity. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Availability to work 40 hours per week starting immediately, with a stable internet connection and a computer-savvy approach to work.
